Specific injury profiles, namely deployment-related TBI or injuries without limb loss, were associated with elevated risk of poor mental health outcomes among UK military personnel. Injury profiles may be a key contextual factor in physical combat injury research for the identification of individuals at elevated risk of poor mental health outcomes.
