Are parent-reported obesogenic risk behaviors associated with infant weight at 6 months of age?In this cross-sectional study of 143 mother-infant dyads, the Early Healthy Lifestyles screening tool identified 9 behaviors associated with infant body mass index and weight-for-length outcomes.These findings suggest that the Early Healthy Lifestyles screening tool may be useful in clinical and community settings to identify early-life risk behaviors for childhood obesity, enabling timely intervention.
