This study compares the clinical utility of the urinary albumin-creatinine ratio (UACR) vs the the urinary protein-creatinine ratio (UPCR) for prediction of kidney failure, chronic kidney disease (CKD) progression, and cardiovascular outcomes in an established CKD cohort.
