Inclusive Cancer Registries for Gender-Diverse Patients

This Viewpoint discusses various challenges in identifying transgender and gender-diverse patients in cancer registries and electronic health records, highlights how these challenges contribute to disparities in outcomes and treatment, and calls for standardized data collection to improve cancer care outcomes among these patients.
